Stop vandalism and loitering with Miracle’s SonicScreen Vandal Deterrent. Using Mosquito Sound Technology, an ultrasonic tone is emitted which is unpleasant to teenagers. It can also be changed to protect against older adults as well. The SonicScreen is weatherproof, motion activated, and can be reliable dusk to dawn.
A way to have an eye on things around the clock is by installing the Park Watch Video Monitor. Contains infrered imaging, wireless communication, and motion activation all in real-time video.
Another way to keep vandals out is the Site Bright Integrated Lighting system. This motion activated system creates a bright light in and around the park or play area. It has a long bulb life, and low power consumption.
Harper McCaughan elementary, a school in the Long Beach School District, is the first school in Mississippi to take the step toward complete safety for their children. Make that step with them, and keep your park or playground safe for children and families.
In 2005, Katrina wiped out most of the coastal areas of Mississippi. Fort Maurepas Park in Ocean Springs was no exception. The state and city worked hard to get the coastal area back to the way it was before. The Ocean Springs Park and Leisure Department also put a lot of effort into getting the park back in action, and Jefcoat was there to assist.
On October 24, 2010, Fort Maurepas Park opened for business with a formal ceremony, music, and a twenty minute firework display. The department worked with Jefcoat to create a new look for the park. The park now has a new play structure and splash pad, both with new surfacing . Shaded areas, picnic tables, and benches were also added by Jefcoat Construction to complete the new outdoor stage and covered pavilion.
To those from Jackson County, IG Levy is no stranger to the weekend “home stayers” who visit the awesome park on Chicot Street. But if you are anywhere outside the area, Pascagoula has what I consider the Six Flags of Recreational Parks.IG Levy Park has seen a huge deal of construction in the last 4 years. After Hurricane Katrina, the park has been wiped clean and rebuilt to accommodate the families that live in that area. But what’s really awesome about this park it how many different types of kids the park attracts. The playground itself offers an exciting day of discovery and challenge.Other site offerings within the 60-acre park include: skate park, fishing lake, ball fields, tennis courts, walking/ jogging trail, and picnic area.
Recently, IG Levy Park was selected for the Miracle Recreation 09 catalog cover.Miracle Recreation Playground Company covers an international market where everyone has oogled the parks beauty globally.
